- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Phone operators are very nice BUT I feel sorry for them because they don't seem to by in sync with the folks handling the actual claims. Pulling $$ out of DCRA acct is a nightmare. Their documentation is misleading/confusing and to make matters worse, they denied the 3rd claim I submitted but allowed the first 2. Well each claim used the EXACT SAME annual documentation. They said they shouldn't have allowed the others to go through. There's something weird going on with their internal process because this has happened multiple times. I'm going to be very happy when my kids are out of daycare and I don't use the dependent care reimbursement anymore!By H Chiang, February 04, 2017
